Anthony Lee Davis

Anthony Lee Davis, 34, 124 Linden Ave., Piqua, Ohio died as a result of a three-vehicle crash on Monday, September 21, 2009 near Hardin, Ohio that resulted in three deaths and four injuries. He was born February 3, 1975 in Sidney, Ohio the son of John and Rosemary (Lawhead) Davis and step-mtoerh, Doreen Davis and they all survives along with his wife, Tammy King Davis of Sidney. They were married on April 3, 2004 and also surviving are four children, Mitchell, 12, Alyssa, 9, Chandler, 8, and Caleb 7 and six brothers and sisters, George Davis of Mesa, Arizona, J. P. King of Sidney, Ohio, Sabrina King of Lowell Massachusetts, Crystal Davis of Lowell, Massachusetts, John Davis of Berlin, New Hampshire and Ellean Davis of Lowell, Massachusetts. He attended school in Mesa, Arizona. Memorial viewing will be on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 from 3-5 PM at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home in Sidney. Per the families request, the body will be cremated.
