Barbara A. Bell

Barbara A. Johnson Bell, 79, passed away at Fair Haven Shelby County Home on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 5:30 AM at Fair Haven Shelby County Home, Sidney, Ohio. She was born in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of Earl and Betty (Barber) Johnson and they are deceased. She moved to Sidney in 1975. Surviving are five children, Dwaine (Kim) Wheeler, Kim (Chuck) Kies, Lucinda Bell, Earl Bell and Russell (Mary) Bell; 23 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. A brother, Ronald E. Johnson preceded her in death. She had worked at Auglaize Acres in Wapakoneta, Ohio and also at Lima Tank Plant, Leroi Dresser, Chrylser Air Temp in Dayton, Ohio and Dannon in Minster, Ohio. Friends may call at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home in Sidney on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 10:00 AM until 11:30 AM. Services will be held at 11:30 AM with Hospice Chaplain Herb Wilker. Memorial contribuions may be made to the Lung Cancer Association and envelopes will be available at the funeral home. Burial of cremated reamins will be held at a private service at a later date at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Beavercreek, Ohio.
