Catherine Rose Miller, 90, The Pavilion Nursing Home, 705 Fulton St., Sidney, Ohio died at the nursing home on Thursday, August 28, 2003 at 7:40 PM. She was born May 8, 1913 in Sidney, Ohio the daughter of George and Clara (Kerber) Wesbecher. She was married October 8, 1938 to James Frederick Miller and he died May 12, 1985. Surviving are four children, Mrs. Don (Ann) Laskowski of Chicago, Illinois: David Miller and his wife Joan of Sidney, Ohio; Mrs. John (Mary Jane) Valentine of Sidney, Ohio and Joseph Miller and his wife Yvonne of Sidney, Ohio; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; one brother, Joe Wesbecher of Sidney, Ohio; one grandchild, five brothers and two sisters are deceased. She was a 1932 graduate of Holy Angels School and a life long member of Holy Angels Catholic Church where she was a member of the Altar Rosary Society. She was a homemaker. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2003 at 10:30 AM at Holy Angels Catholic Church with Rev. Gerald Bensman. Burial will be at Shelby Memory Gardens, Sidney. Friends may call at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home on Monday, September 1, 2003 from 5-8 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lehman Foundation Scholarship Fund, 2400 St. Mary's Ave., Sidney, Ohio 45365 or to Holy Angels Catholic Church, 324 S. Ohio Ave., Sidney, Ohio 45365.
