Doris H. Eustache, 93, passed away peacefully at Dorothy Love Retirement Community in Sidney, Ohio on Monday, September 27, 2010 at 6:55 AM. She was born on December 29, 1916 in Piqua, Ohio the daughter of Leo and Cleone (Hanna) Parin and they are deceased. She is survived by a nephew, Steve Thaman and wife Judy of Botkins, Ohio and five nieces, Kathryn Reed and husband Paul of Eaton, Ohio; Marilou Coverstone of Greenville, Ohio; Rose Hemm and husband Jim of Piqua, Ohio; Kathy Parin of Piqua, Ohio and Pat Parin of Bradford, Ohio; also surviving is one brother, Robert Parin of Piqua, Ohio. Two brothers, Joseph and James Parin are deceased. She was married on August 29, 1942 to Raymond Eustache and he died in April of 1987. She was a past member of the Elks. She had been a bookkeeper at Wagner Manufacturing for twelve years and retired in 1970. She had been a caretaker and treasurer of the Shelby County Deer Hunters for twenty years. She liked to travel to Wyoming and hunt deer and antelope. She was a 1934 graduate of Piqua Catholic High School and was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church where she had been in the Rosary Altar Sodality. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, October 1, 2010 at 10:30 AM at Holy Angels Catholic Church with Rev. Dan Schmitmeyer. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, Sidney. Friends may call at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home on Friday, October 1, 2010 from 9:00 AM until 10:15 AM. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Rita's School for the Deaf, 1720 Glendale Milford Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio 45215-1258; Holy Angels Catholic Church, 324 South Ohio Ave., Sidney, Ohio 45365 or Dorothy Love Retirement Community, 3003 W. Cisco Rd., Sidney, Ohio 45365. Envelopes will also be available at the funeral home.
