Elsie M. Bridges

Elsie M. Bridges, 97, Fair Haven Shelby County Home, 2901 Fair Rd., Sidney, Ohio, died at the nursing home on Sunday, March 30, 2008 at 12:15 PM. She was born July 18, 1910 in Hardin, Ohio the daughter of Frank and Della (Cox) Pence and they are deceased. Surviving are several nieces and nephews and one step grandchild, Pamela Bridges. Three sisters, six brothers and two step children, Franklin Bridges and Garland Jackson and one step-grandson, Gary Jackson are deceased. She was a member of the Christian Tabernacle in Sidney. She had worked at Stolle Corp. for 26 years as an inspector. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home with Rev. Harold McKnight. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, Sidney. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until the hour of the service.
