Francine E. Flanagan, 97, of Sidney, Ohio, passed away peacefully, on May 21, 2023, at Momentous Health under hospice care in Sidney, Ohio. She was born January 17, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Frank and Myrtle (McManigal) Flanagan who are deceased.
In keeping with Francines wishes she will be cremated and there are no services to be held. Francines final resting place will be at Graceland Cemetery in Sidney, Ohio.
