She was born December 1, 1945 in Honey Bee, Kentucky, the daughter of Frank and Juanita (Hinkle) Lawson and they are deceased. She was married to James Bell and he passed away in 1976. Private graveside services will be held on Friday, June 5, 2015 at Graceland Cemetery, Sidney, Ohio with Rev. Phil Chilcote.
