Ivo J. Sherman

Ivo J. Sherman Jr., 47, 3322 Rolfe Ave., Dayton, Ohio formerly of Sidney, Ohio died at his residence on Wednesday, July 16, 2003 around 4:30 AM. He died of pancreatic cancer. He was born July 12, 1956 in Sidney, Ohio the son of Ivo J. and Mary C. (Wilkins) Sherman Sr. They survive and live in Bellefontaine, Ohio. He moved to Dayton in 1969 from Sidney, Ohio. Also surviving are two sisters, Cathy Sherman of Huber Heights, Ohio and Jo Childers and her husband, Malcolm of Bellefontaine, Ohio. Also surviving is one niece, Katie Childers of Belleftontaine, Ohio and two special friends, Judi Martin of Dayton, Ohio and Carl Smith of Dayton, Ohio. He was a 1974 graduate of Vandalia-Butler High School, Vandalia, Ohio. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge in Dayton, Ohio. He enjoyed fishing. He was a NASCAR racing fan. He worked for Competition Accessories in Springfield, Ohio as a salesman. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 21, 2003 at 12 Noon. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 AM until the hour of service. Place of burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, Sidney, Ohio.
