Jack L. Rufus Jr.

Jack L. Rufus Jr., 53, of Urbana, Ohio, was called home to heaven on December 13, 2022, as a result of an accident. He was born January 29, 1969, in Lawton, Oklahoma, the son of Jack Rufus (deceased) and Vikki Stewart (Chuck) Magoto.
Jack is survived by four children, Makayla Hutchins-Bartee of Newport, Ohio, Megan Hutchins of Anna, Ohio, Jessica Rufus of Sidney, Ohio, and Breanna (Joshua) Wagner of Minster, Ohio; one sister Melissa Rufus of Urbana, Ohio, along with two grandchildren Gabriel Anthony and Monroe Reign. Jack was preceded in death by his wife Jennifer (Hughes) Rufus and his father Jack Rufus.
Jack graduated from Sidney High School class of 1987 in Sidney, Ohio. Jack enjoyed playing drums, and watching OSU play. Jack was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Jack was of the Christian faith.
In keeping with Jacks wishes, he will be cremated, and a celebration of life will be held on January 14, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Meaningful Life Ministries at 451 2nd Ave, Sidney, OH 45365.
