James E. Cunningham

James E. Cunningham, 78, of Sidney, Ohio, was called home to heaven on December 25, 2022, at Shelby Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation in Sidney, Ohio. He was born May 16, 1944, in Bluefield, West Virginia, the son of John and Ethel (Booth) Cunningham, who are deceased. On December 29, 2003 James married his wife Christine (DiGiovana) Cunningham and she survives.

James is survived by his wife Christine along with four children Paige (Shaun) Root, Corey (Joe) Megginson both of Wilmington, Delaware, Fiore Pellegrino of Mittelbrunn, Germany, Carl Cunningham of Sidney, Ohio. James was preceded in death by both his parents and two brothers John and Carl Cunningham.

James graduated High School, in 1962. Following graduation, James worked as an electrician for General Motors before retiring. James enjoyed working on anything that was car related that he could fix or build, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. James was loved by many and will be greatly missed. James was of the Methodist Faith.
