Jerri Ann (Moon -Taylor) Van Horn, 70, 15225 Meranda Rd., Anna, Ohio, passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 1:10 PM at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Sidney, Ohio. She was born August 26, 1948 in Sidney, Ohio, the daughter of Gerald Emanuel Moon and Anne Louise Spoltman and they are deceased. She is married to Ralph Emerson Van Horn and he survives along with a daughter, Tambra Brown and husband Tony of Sidney, Ohio; son, Chad Edmund Taylor of Sidney, Ohio; step-daughter, Lucinda Minix and husband Randy of Sidney, Ohio; step-son, Matt Van Horn and wife Tina of Sidney, Ohio and a brother, Terry Moon and wife Jody of Sidney, Ohio; one grandson, Sean Brown and four step grandsons, Tyler Minix, Landon Van Horn, Dawson Van Horn, Gavin Van Horn and one step granddaughter, Kenslee Van Horn. One son, Gerald Taylor and one brother, Jay Allan Moon are deceased. She was previously married to Herb Taylor for 34 years and he is deceased. She attended Sidney City Schools and was very close to the class of 1966. She was a 1966 graduate of Houston High School. She was retired from US Bank as a teller and also retired from A Better Cleaning Service. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Sidney. The family will receive friends at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home, 502 S. Ohio Ave., Sidney, Ohio on Friday, February 15, 2019 from 6-7:30 PM, with a Memorial Service for Jerri Ann at 7:30 PM with Reverend Eileen Hix, officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to SCARF, Sidney, Ohio. Burial will be at a later date at Cedar Point Cemetery, Sidney, Ohio.
