Judson C. Kelly

Judson C. Kelly, 81, 1841 Shawnee Dr., Sidney, Ohio, died at Fair Haven Shelby County Home on Monday, July 19, 2004 at 2:10 PM. He was born June 11, 1923 in Hamilton County, Ohio the son of Harry James and Grace (Archer) Kelly and they are deceased. He married Arline M. Emert in Kentucky on September 13, 1944 and she died August 11, 2003. Surviving are one son, Patrick and his friend, Jan Doty; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Sons, Larry and Michael Kelly are deceased. He served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1943. He was a life member of the Sidney American Legion, Post 217. He was of the Protestant faith. Mr. Kelly was a former State Highway Department employee for 13 years. He also operated and owned J C Motor Sales, a used car lot and garage, prior to retirement. Rev. Harold McKnight will be in charge of funeral services on Thursday, July 22, 2004 at 1:30 PM at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home. Calling hours will be from 12 Noon until the hour of service. Burial will be at Miami Memorial Park Cemetery, Covington, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to Fair Haven Shelby County Home, 2901 Fair Rd., Sidney, Ohio 45365. Envelopes will also be available at the funeral home.
