Mari Jane (Frilling) Shadoan, 61, died on Friday, January 14, 2011 at 6:55 AM at the Fair Haven Shelby County Home, 2901 Fair Road, Sidney, Ohio. She was born October 28, 1949 in Piqua, Ohio the daughter of Sylvester H. and Manetta A. (Guillozet) Frilling and they are deceased. She was married on November 27, 1990 to Robert A. Shadoan and he died January 9, 1996. Surviving is a step-daughter, Lisa Stegall and husband Randy of Sidney, Ohio and a step-son, Oakley Boyer of Sidney and step-son, Dave Shadoan and wife Linda and five step-grandchildren, Nikki and Taylor Stegall; Natasha Shadoan, Robert Scott Shadoan and Eric Kennedy and two sisters, Janet Dotson and husband Roger of Sidney and Judy Maack of Sierra Vista, Arizona and a brother, John A. Frilling and wife Tae of Indiana. Also surviving are several nephews, Philip Maack and wife Stephanie; Kevin Dotson, Keith Dotson, Jason Dotson, Josh Frilling and one niece, Kristy Frilling and one great niece, Stephanie G. Maack. Three brothers, Jim, Jerry and John Robert Frilling and one great niece, Emily Maack are deceased. Also a step-son, Scott Shadoan is deceased. His wife Linda Tiddle survives. She was a 1968 graduate of Holy Angels High School in Sidney. She attended nursing school in Hamilton, Ohio and also attended Eastern University in Kentucky and Liberty University in Tennessee and was a graduate of Urbana College with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She had been a nurse for many years and also worked at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home in the office. She had a kind heart and would do anything to help others in need. She was an avid Cincinnati Red's baseball fan. She had been a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church for many years and in recent years was a member of Full Gospel Community Church in Sidney. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 20, 2011 at 6:00 PM at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home in Sidney with Rev. Charles Jarrett. Burial will be at a later date at Graceland Cemetery, Sidney. Memorial contributions the American Heart Association, Ohio Valley Affiliate, P.O.
