Martha E. Brown, 89, 308 Highland Ave., Sidney, Ohio, passed away at Wilson Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 12:59 PM. She had been a resident at Fair Haven Shelby County Home, Sidney, Ohio. She was born January 25, 1929 in Piqua, Ohio, the daughter of Ulysses and Anna Lou (Routt) Robinson and they are deceased. She was married to Thomas C. Brown and he is deceased. Surviving are three sons, Clark Scott Brown and wife Vikki of Troy, Ohio; Tony Brown and wife Tambra of Sidney, Ohio and Patrick R. Brown and wife Janice of Dayton, Ohio and nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. One son, Mark Brown and one sister, Mary Jane Robinson and two brothers, Bill Routt and Sherman Robinson, and two grandchildren, Mark and Aaron are deceased. She was a member of the Sidney First United Methodist Church. Friends may call at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home in Sidney on Monday, December 17, 2018 from 5-7 PM. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home with Rev. Eileen Hix. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery, Sidney. Memorial contributions may be made to the Diabetes Association and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
