Nancy J. Blenman

Nancy Jane (McGlothin) Blenman, 81, of Sidney, Ohio, formerly of Lake Orion, Michigan, was called home to the Lord on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Ohio Living Dorothy Love, Sidney, Ohio. She was born on May 15, 1940 at home in Pontiac, Michigan, the daughter of William H. and Bessie (Phillips) McGlothin, both parents preceded her in death.

Nancy is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Frank O. and Melissa (Santi) Blenman III of Sidney, Ohio; five grandchildren Rachel (Blenman) and Matthew Caldwell of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Daniel and Renee Blenman of Sidney, Ohio, Patrick Blenman of Cincinnati, Ohio, Stephen Blenman of Doylestown, Ohio and David and Amanda Blenman, Jr. of Porter, Texas, five great-grandchildren, Lydia, Audrey, Connor, Maximilian and Baby Blenman, one sister Linda (McGlothin) and David Anderson of Mansfield, Texas, and one sister-in-law Sue (Barks) McGlothin of Waterford, Michigan. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers Duaine McGlothin, Harold McGlothin, Richard and sister-in-law Nancy (Vogler) McGlothin, sister, Norma Davis and son, David Blenman.

Nancy graduated from Pontiac High School. She retired from the former Crittenton Hospital, now Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital in Rochester, MI where she enjoyed assisting the patients. She enjoyed many years of bowling league and golf outings. Nancy's family was her pride and joy and they will greatly miss their beloved sister, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

A Viewing and Service will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Pixley Funeral Home, Rochester, Michigan with a Committal Service following at Christian Memorial Garden Cemetery West, Rochester Hills, Michigan.
