She was born on May 23, 1935 in South Bend, Indiana the daughter of Neil J. and Margaret R. (Firestone) Collins and they are deceased. She was in the food service industry for many years. She was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church, Sidney, Ohio. Private funeral services will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018 at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home in Sidney, Ohio with burial at a later date at Graceland Cemetery, Sidney, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
