Paul E. Meyer Jr.

Paul E. Meyer Jr., 62, of Sidney, passed away at Shelby Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, Sidney, Ohio on Tuesday March 30, 2021, at 1:24 pm. Paul was born in Sidney, Ohio on February 15, 1959, the son of Paul and Ruth (Bales) Meyer Sr.

Paul is survived by Sandy (Wasson) Meyer former wife, close friend and caregiver, and son, Nathan Phillips, and daughters, Caitlin (Shawn) Cairney, Magdalen (Bryton Andres) Meyer, and Hannah Meyer, and seven grandchildren, and sisters, Connie (Steve) Harlamert, Cinda Meyer. He was preceded in death by both his parents.

Paul graduated from Sidney High School in Sidney, Ohio in 1978. Paul worked for various factories in Sidney along with truck driving.

Paul was a member of the Moose Lodge of Sidney, Son of the Legion of Sidney, Son of AMVETS of Sidney, along with the Eagles of Sidney. Paul was a very special person who had many, many friends. He loved to play with his grandchildren, ride his Harley Davidson, going to car shows and Nascar races.

In keeping with Pauls wishes he will be cremated and a memorial celebration at the Masonic Temple in Sidney on Sunday, April 11th from 2pm until 5pm. All family and friends are welcome.
