Prudence June Rulau, 87, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at 1:40 PM at Sidney Care Center, Sidney, Ohio. She was born August 4, 1927 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the daughter of Walter and Emma (Mao) Meister and they are deceased. She is survived by eight children, one brother, fifteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. One sister and one brother are deceased. She had worked in different restaurants throughout the years as a restaurant employee. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Sidney. Memorial services will be held on Monday, March 23, 2015 at 4:30 PM at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 300 W. Mason Rd., Sidney, Ohio with Pastor Kenneth Castor. Friends may call at the church from 3:30 PM until the hour of service. Memorial contributions may be to Sidney Care Center, 510 N. Buckeye Ave., Sidney, Ohio 45365. Envelopes will also be available at the church. Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home in Sidney is handling the funeral services.
