Robert J. Kupper

Robert "Bob" Kupper, 89, of Sidney, was called home to heaven on September 14th, 2021, at Landings of Sidney in Sidney, Ohio. He was born September 13th, 1932, in Sidney, Ohio, the son of Edward and Erma (Starrett) Kupper, both parents preceded him in death.

Robert, is survived by his fifteen nieces and nephews along with a sister-in-law Mary Kupper. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Donald and Edward Kupper, and sisters Marilyn Kloeker, Martha Counts, and Betty Hughes.

Robert graduated from Holy Angles class of 1950. He worked for Copland before retiring in 1991. Robert was a United States Air Force veteran and served our country in the Korean War. Robert loved watching Ohio State and Notre Dame Football and the Cincinnati Reds, going to church, and he also took care of his mom until her passing, and most of all spending time with his family and friends. Robert was a member of the Holy Angels Catholic Church in Sidney, Ohio.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, September 20th, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Holy Angels Catholic Church with Fr. Jarred Kohn. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery, Sidney with military honors by the Sidney American Legion/VFW combined and the US Air Force honor guard. Friends may call at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home in Sidney on Monday, September 20th, 2021 from 8:30 AM 9:30 AM.
