Robert P. Deel

Robert P. Deel, 74, of Sidney, was called home to heaven on April 2, 2023, at Koester Pavilion in Troy, Ohio. He was born July 2, 1948, in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Robert and Dorothy (Ladouceur) Hutcheson who are deceased. Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Diana on August 14, 2022.

Robert is survived by two sons Brandon (Patti) Deel of Sidney, Ohio and Michael Hensley of Taylor Michigan, four siblings Charles (Dawn) Deel, Bill (Melissa) Deel, Brian (Rudy) Deel, and Linda (David) Woodard, one grandson Benjamin Deel. Robert was preceded in death by both his parents and a brother Laurence Deel.

Robert attended Belleville High School in Michigan. Following high school Robert entered the U.S. Army serving our country. Robert retired from repairing cars especially in the auto body department. Robert was a member of the VFW and enjoyed going camping with his family, doing anything he could outdoors, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his grandson and family.

Robert was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Robert was of the Christian faith.

In keeping with Roberts wishes he will be cremated and a private service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
