Sean T. Brown

Sean T. Brown 27, of Sidney, passed away at Miami Valley Hospital Dayton, on January 6, 2021, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born on December 14, 1993, the son of Anthony "Tony," and Tambra L. (Taylor) Brown. Both parents survive in Sidney.

Sean was employed at Menards in Sidney, and he was well liked and respected among his co-workers. He was very helpful to employees and customers as well. He was a fan of the University of Michigan, LeBron James, the Philadelphia 76ers, Pittsburgh Pirates, the Dallas Cowboys, and he enjoyed his PlayStation, his Mom and Dad, and his extended family. He played tennis for Sidney High School, and was a member of the Class of 2012. He loved going to Washington DC with his friends and was inspired by Ruth Bader Ginsburg. This young man, and his family, heroically donated his organs and tissues, to save at least 5 lives. Sean will live on through his generosity.

He is survived, in addition to his parents, by his uncles Chad Taylor of Sidney, Clark (Scott) and Aunt Vicki Brown of Troy, and Aunt Janice Brown of Dayton, along with several cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Thomas and Martha Brown, and his maternal grandparents, Jerri Ann Van Horn and Herbert Taylor, Uncles Gerold Taylor, Mark Brown and Patrick (Rick) Brown; his cousins Jeffrey Brown(son of Patrick and Janice), and Aaron and Markie Brown (sons of Mark Brown and Sherry Martin)

Public Visitation will be on Thursday, January 21, 2021 from 2-8 pm, at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home 502 S. Ohio Ave. Sidney Ohio 45365. Due to Covid-19, we expect that masks be worn at all times on the premises, and reasonable social distancing observed. His service will be held on Friday, at 11am, January 22, 2021, at the funeral home, with Rev. Eileen Hix officiating. Burial will immediately follow in Graceland Cemetery.The Brown Family welcomes all in Seans honor for ameal at the Northtowne Church of God, Sidney Ohio.
