Todd Elliott Steele, 40, 615 N. Miami Ave., Sidney, Ohio died at Lima Memorial Hospital, Lima, Ohio on Sunday, December 14, 2008 at 3:55 AM after an extended illness. He was born July 14, 1968 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Cleophis and Yvonne (Elliott) Steele and they are deceased. He was married April 12, 1988 to Elizabeth Meyer and she survives along with four children, Natasha, Kenya, Rick and Todd Steele Jr. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Zoee and Mariana and two sisters, Regina Steele and husband Shaun of Dayton, Ohio and Kristen Elliott of Dayton, Ohio. He attended Belmont High School in Dayton, Ohio. He enjoyed working on cars. He had been employed at one time at Freshway Foods in Sidney. He was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church. A memorial mass will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2008 at 10:30 AM at Holy Angels Catholic Church with Rev. Dan Schmitmeyer. Friends may call at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home in Sidney on Wednesday, December 17, 2008 from 4-8 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
