Vaude Lawson

Vaude (Bobbie) Lawson, 78, 3409 W. Michigan Ave., Sidney, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 12:50 AM of natural causes. She was born June 11, 1939 in Jellico, Tennessee, the daughter of Brownloe and Hattie G. (Partin) Osborne and they are deceased. She was married to Raymond Lawson on October 16, 1965 and he passed away on June 16, 2017. Surviving is a daughter, Sherry Martin of Sidney, Ohio and a son, Tony Slife and wife Deb of Sidney, Ohio. Also surviving are ten grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Two sons and five sisters are deceased. She had worked at Dekker's Flower Shop in Sidney and also Derby Packaging Company in Sidney as a machine operator. She was of the Protestant faith. Funeral services will be held on on Monday, October 2, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home in Sidney with Rev. Chad Wilson. Burial will folllow at Graceland Cemetery, Sidney, Ohio. Friends may call at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home in Sidney from 9:00 AM until the hour of service.
