Wilma Esther Mccoy

Wilma Esther McCoy, 86, 112 Barr Dr., Sidney, Ohio died at Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Sidney, Ohio on Thursday, January 6, 2005 at 1:15 PM. She was born February 24, 1918 in Fremont, Indiana the daughter of Alva and Anna (Goodwin) McMurray. She was married May 26, 1939 to Wilfred A. McCoy and he survives along with one sister, Lillian Titus of Bridgeport, Texas and several nieces and nephews. Two sisters and three brothers are deceased. She was a past member of the Rebecca Lodge in California and Florida. She was a member of the Sidney First United Methodist Church. She was retired as an X-ray technician in San Francisco, California where she worked for a private medical office during World War II. Graveside services will be held on Monday, January 10, 2005 at 1:30 PM at the Fort Custer National Cemetery, Battlecreek, Michigan. Rev. Bruce Kintigh will have the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dorothy Love Life Endowment Fund, 3003 W. Cisco Rd., Sidney, Ohio. Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home has charge of funeral arrangements.
